What cell phone providers will work with this phone?
Since my current phone is old and hardly works any more, I’m getting a new phone for christmas. I like this phone:

But, I’m not sure what it will work with. I have the AT&T go phone plan right now. Could I somehow transfer the plan to this new phone? My mom is also willing to get me a new plan with a different company.
Technically, the specs for this phone would work with AT&T, as long as the phone is “unlocked” (Which it *probably* is…) However I don’t know if AT&T allows you to use other phones on a pre-paid plan… I would suspect they WOULD allow it, since they actually LOOSE money when supplying the cheap phones for pre-paid accounts, and shouldn’t care that you are getting a different phone, but I would check with AT&T just to make sure, before you spend that kind of money on a “paper weight”
